Return Policy
We currently only offer exchanges. Exchange communication must be sent within 10 days of receiving the product. The item must be in the condition you received it.
We will require original item be sent back. Once that is received we will send exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return & replacement shipping fees. If the exchange is due to a change of mind or modification, the return & replacement shipping fees will be the customers responsibility.

Custom Order Return Policy
Custom orders do not qualify for a return, but we want every customer to be happy with their product. Please reach out to macy.loyalteesllc@gmail.com if you feel a mistake has been made with your custom order.
